Where your order is

Every order gets a tracking number by email once it leaves us. Allow 2 working days for dispatch, then up to 7 working days in transit. Timing varies by location; public holidays and carrier disruptions may extend these estimates.

If the tracking email has not arrived, check the spam folder first, then email us with your order number and we will resend it.

If tracking has not moved for several days, tell us. We would rather chase the carrier for you than have you do it.
