Where your order is

Every order gets a tracking number by email once it leaves us. Orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours and then take about five to seven days to arrive anywhere in Australia.

If the tracking email has not arrived, check the spam folder first, then email us with your order number and we will resend it.

If tracking has not moved for several days, tell us. We would rather chase the carrier for you than have you do it.
