Information collected and why

For an order, we collect the details supplied at checkout: name, email, phone, delivery address, selected products and quantities, order notes, payment-provider reference and payment status. We use these to process payment, dispatch orders, provide tracking, answer questions, handle returns and keep transaction records. Your browser also stores the basket and a checkout reference with the customer details entered, so you can return to the checkout flow.

For support, we receive the contact details, order information, message and any attachment you provide by email, web form or chat. Provide only information needed for your enquiry. Our products are for educational activities, but checkout and support are intended for an adult purchaser; do not send a child's personal information.

Payments, orders and support providers

Stripe or PayPal processes your payment on its own payment interface. This storefront does not collect card numbers or security codes. We receive payment status, references and relevant customer details for the order.

Our order system is configured to record order details in Supabase and send order and fulfilment emails through Resend. Staff, fulfilment suppliers and delivery carriers receive the information needed to process and deliver the order. Domain email is routed through Cloudflare to the group's support service.

Contact forms are hosted by our group's Marketing Command Centre. Its form service stores submitted details in shared contact and submission records, together with the page URL, IP address and browser information, and sends notifications to the team. The separate site contact endpoint uses Resend to email enquiries. Contact us about any marketing subscription preferences associated with your details.

Analytics, hosting and other connections

The site uses Vercel hosting, Cloudflare services and Google Fonts. Loading a page or an external resource sends technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to the service receiving the request.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner. It measures site use and shopping activity. No separate Google Ads tag is configured in the current storefront. You can change the analytics choice using Cookie settings in the footer, and use Google's Analytics opt-out tool or Google ad settings. See the cookie policy for how changes take effect.

Chat assistant

The IntellextAI chat widget loads from bots.intellextai.com when a page opens, independently of the analytics choice. Loading it sends technical request data to that service. If you use chat, your messages and any details you enter are processed by that service to respond. Do not enter payment card details, passwords or sensitive information. Contact our team by email for a product or order decision that needs confirmation.

International handling and retention

Our corporate parent is in Thailand. The group operates shared support and order services, and the providers named above may process information outside Australia. Contact us for details of processing locations and service-provider arrangements before sharing information if these affect your decision to use a service.

Order and support information is used for fulfilment, customer service, transaction records and resolving disputes. We have not published a fixed deletion period or an automatic deletion promise for these systems. Browser-stored basket and checkout information remains until it is cleared by the checkout flow or by you clearing site data. You may ask us about access, correction or deletion, including any records that must be retained.

Access, correction and complaints

Email theteam@stemlearning.net.au to ask about information held about you, request correction or raise a privacy concern. Describe the request without sending identity documents unless we ask through an appropriate channel. We may need to confirm identity before releasing records. If a privacy concern is unresolved, you can seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
