Shopping and payment

All displayed selling prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The goods, quantities and delivery charge are shown in the cart before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Supply accurate contact and delivery details and review the items and design selected before paying.

Delivery

Standard delivery across Australia costs AUD $27.50 below a goods subtotal after discounts of AUD $100 and is free at AUD $100 or more. Prices include GST. Allow 2 working days before dispatch, then up to 7 working days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates vary by location; public holidays and carrier disruptions may extend them. Express delivery is not offered. The free-delivery threshold uses the goods subtotal after discounts. Returns and cancellation

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges: request within 15 calendar days after delivery. Items must be new and unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. AUD $39 is deducted per order, original delivery charges are excluded, and you pay tracked return postage to the originating warehouse. A 12.5% fee applies to eligible change-of-mind cancellations. Product information and use

Use the product's supplied instructions and warnings. Ask us before ordering if a particular specification, device compatibility or age range is essential. Product photos show the listed design; screen colour reproduction can vary. General articles are activity ideas, not a substitute for the instructions supplied with your particular product.

Australian consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. The remedy for a product problem depends on the nature of the problem. See our liability and consumer rights page.
