Delivery and returns
Standard delivery across Australia costs AUD $27.50 below a goods subtotal after discounts of AUD $100 and is free at AUD $100 or more. Prices include GST. Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling before dispatch, then an estimated 5 to 7 days for delivery. Delivery estimates vary by location; express delivery is not offered.
Change-of-mind returns: 15 days from purchase, original packaging and proof of purchase required; AUD $39 deducted per order, original delivery charges excluded, and buyer-paid tracked return postage to the originating warehouse.
